Some interesting toys there. I think the mini squigz is pretty cool for down syndrome children as it is washable. However, it might be too small and children might swallow it accidentally. Kinetic Sand is also another cool gadget although the price is a little expensive. If it touches water, how should I handle it?
Will visit your site again if I were to buy anything you recommend!

I appreciate you reading and commenting, the Kinetic sand is an awesome product and I agree the price is a bit high for many families budgets.  All these products should be supervised by parents to play with safety, come browse my website again

    Hi there,

    Great list of toys!
A friend of mine child has down syndrome, and soon he will turn out eight years old. I didn’t know what present to buy for his birthday, and your lists give me some great ideas. What toy would suggest for an eight years old boy?
    I am a bit confused:)
    Thank you!

      Thank You

I appreciate you visiting my website and commenting on my article, there are many toys to choose from but most importantly you must consider the boy’s mental levels to choose the right toy. All 8 year old boys with down syndrome don’t have the same mental develop at the same age, if he is a music lover like many of these children the Saxoflute is a great gift he can create his own instrument which really play music. Here is a link of the best toys for children with down syndrome for you to narrow down your choices.
